Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding individual to effectively manage the day to day operations of our client’s office.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 P.A

Location: Sydney CBD

 

Due to an internal promotion our client is seeking the support of an experienced Office Manager to join their CBD office.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Facilities management
  • Recruitment of junior staff members
  • On boarding process
  • Administration management
  • Diary / Travel management for MD
  • Management of OH & S policies and procedures
  • HR Coordination
  • Events & Conference organisation
  • Provide Secretarial & Administrative Support
  • Analyst Support such as proof reading and formatting proposals
  • Ensuring the smooth running of office operations on a day to day basis

To be successful for the role you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office management role
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
