Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding individual to effectively manage the day to day operations of our client’s office.
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 P.A
Location: Sydney CBD
Due to an internal promotion our client is seeking the support of an experienced Office Manager to join their CBD office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Facilities management
- Recruitment of junior staff members
- On boarding process
- Administration management
- Diary / Travel management for MD
- Management of OH & S policies and procedures
- HR Coordination
- Events & Conference organisation
- Provide Secretarial & Administrative Support
- Analyst Support such as proof reading and formatting proposals
- Ensuring the smooth running of office operations on a day to day basis
To be successful for the role you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office management role
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
