We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading global brand.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 P.A

Industry: Account Management

Location: Sydney CBD

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, based in the Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for the successful Account Management of this client which is a leading global FMCG brand.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for the successful delivery of all services, including regular client meetings to discuss operational performance.
• Liaise with our APAC counterparts to deliver a consistent and seamless service
• Provide strong leadership for the onsite team, developing and maintaining exceptional client service culture
• Ensure best practices are followed and quality standards are maintained
• Develop and maintain culture of teamwork, ensuring the team are focused on client, site and company objectives
• Manage financial performance of account, including billing, cost control and budgeting

To be successful for the role you will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience working within FMCG/Retail markets
• Excellent Communication skills: written and verbal
• Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with a large range of stakeholders internally and externally.
